These were done at exactly 19 weeks and the baby was measuring 4 days ahead at 19wk4d. At 6 and 10 weeks the baby was measuring right on date, so I am assuming s/he has had a little growth spurt. I want to have a big 9 pounder! I love chubby newborns, and with a c-section, size doesn't really worry me like it would if I were trying for a VBAC.
Despite my really wanting to find out in moments of weakness, we stayed strong and didn't find out the sex of the baby. S/he was pretty shy and we only got a couple partial face pictures. S/hekept covering up his/her (man, that's exhausting!!) face with his/her arm. Even if we wanted to find out the sex, I don't think we could have, the legs were crossed tightly the entire time.
The kiddos were able to go with us and they loved seeing their baby brother and sister. I love that they are old enough to share in all of the excitement with us.
They printed out about 10 pictures and also burned a bunch to a CD for us. Here are some:
