It's been a while

I'm not sure what is up with me but I haven't been too much in a journaling kind of mood lately.

Pregnancy:
Wow, I am 3 days away from moving into the double digits. I got my weekly email update on Wednesday and realized I am already in my 26th week, I think I am only a couple weeks away from my 3rd trimester.

I had a brief trip to L&D last Wednesday and was there for monitoring. I was having some pretty painful contractions every 10 minutes or so for a couple days. The doctor checked me and I was nice and high and completely closed. He wanted to hold off giving me the tributaline(sp?) since he said that women with multiple past c-sections tend to have many more intense contractions at this point but they don't generally change the cervix.

Baby names are frustrating me to no end. A girl name is pretty set but boy names are still iffy. I liked Oliver, but Dante choked and gagged when I told him. So for now it's Elliott Louis. I keep bringing names up to Dante and nothing gets a good response these days.

I have brought up recently:
Daylan
Ian
Elliott
Oliver
Micah

If it's a girl, she will be either Audrey Genevieve or Brynn Genevieve. :)

I feel like I am getting pretty big and the baby is moving tons. Have I told you how much I love that?? I still have pelvic ligament pain and heartburn like mad but I can't complain too much.

And FYI - camping while pregnant is never a good idea. We went to the lake and it was fun but the heat and sleeping in a tent are highly over-rated.

Hi sweets! I am so glad to see that you finally updated! Wow! Down to the double digits already, my goodness it seems as though you just announced you were preggo!

I went through the same thing when I was pregnant with Kamari, I had some pretty frequent contractions that never changed my cervix but it is still scary and worrisome. The multiple c-sections do make the ole' uterus a bit more sensitive!

I LOVE the names, both Brynn and Audrey are so beautiful! I really like Daylan, Ian and Elliott! No matter what name you give this sweet baby, he/she will be so loved and as gorgeous as Trey and Devyn!

Anyhoo, my love, I started a new journal at LJ, I'll add you right away so at least we can stay in touch!
Take care!

I love the name Audrey! Do you have a feeling either way if the babe is a boy or girl? I am so glad to hear things are going well. Wow a big 7 year old, it makes me sad to even think about Malek being seven. Oh how time flies.

I'm glad that everything was okay in L&D. That baby needs to stay put for a while! I like the name Brynn Genevieve, but I LOVE Audrey Genevieve!

How I can't believe you are almost done! It is amazing. I love the names you have picked out for a girl. You and Dante will eventually find a boys name. I know it :O)
